CANCELLATION OF PRO BONO OPPORTUNITY AT THE WOMEN’S LEGAL CENTRE, CAPE TOWN
URGENT
Due to unforeseen issues recently coming to light, I have had to urgently reassess our local arrangements in South Africa in respect of this internship. I regret to announce that I have no option but to cancel the opportunity for this year. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused, particularly to those who have been working on their applications. Please be assured that I have taken steps to inform you about the cancellation as quickly as I could. I very much hope to be able to make opportunities for similar internships available in the future once I have had the opportunity to carry out health and safety risk-assessments of the in-country arrangements.
